George Guido
Managing Partner
Determined. Generous. Relentless.
Since 2010, George Guido has built a distinguished career in family law, guiding clients through some of life’s most personal and high-stakes challenges. His practice includes divorce, child custody and parenting time disputes, paternity actions, child support modifications, adoptions, guardianships, and grandparent visitation matters.
George holds a B.S. in Psychology from Indiana University, where he also studied Business and Philosophy, and earned his J.D. from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in both Indiana and Georgia, bringing a regional perspective to domestic relations matters and a client-first approach to every case.
What drives George isn’t just the legal work—it’s the people. He thrives on the human connection at the core of family law and is deeply committed to helping clients achieve stability, clarity, and peace of mind. His perspective on litigation is grounded in balance and integrity:
“People often make the mistake in believing domestic relations litigation is a matter of ‘Us’ versus ‘Them’, and fail to consider that ‘winning’ often comes at another expense—oftentimes, a child or financial stability.”
George believes a positive outcome should protect both children’s well-being and the long-term financial independence of his clients. His approach is strategic, compassionate, and informed by years of practical experience and philosophical grounding.
Outside of the courtroom, George is passionate about the growth and future of his firm, investing daily in its expansion and community impact. He is a member of the Allen County Bar Association, the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the Georgia Bar Association, and past member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC).
When he’s not advocating for clients, George is with his wife and children, likely exploring new destinations, gardening cooking, or training. A CrossFit enthusiast and endurance athlete, George lives by the same philosophy he brings to his work: We are capable of achieving anything we set our minds to.

Brian E. Stier
Of Counsel Attorney
Honest. Forthright. Fair.
Brian has practiced law, primarily family law, since being admitted in Indiana in 1985. From January 1, 1987, until December 31, 2021, he ran his own firm, Stier Family Law. Now retired from practicing family law, Brian focuses solely on family law mediation. As an of counsel attorney at the firm, Brian also serves as a mentor and coach for the staff and attorneys. He looks forward to the potential growth of the firm, and its capacity to do good for so many people truly in need of legal guidance and strong advocacy.
Born in Fort Wayne, Brian has lived here his entire life, except while pursuing his JD at Thomas Cooley Law School, in Lansing, Michigan. He received his undergraduate degree in business administration/marketing from Indiana University at IPFW. His favorite class as an undergraduate was anthropology, but it was a class in business law that set the trajectory for his career in law. After his many years as a lawyer, two things still bring him to work every day. The first is working with genuine, capable professionals. The second is his drive to mediate and settle disputes between parties, not just for their sake, but for the benefit of their children.
Brian does not have any children but helped raise the children of his partner, Lynn, a teacher with Fort Wayne Community Schools. He now enjoys being a grandfather to four beautiful, wonderful girls. Brian is the past chair of the Allen County Democratic party (1995-2001), and currently serves on the board of the Mike Downs Center for Indiana Government. He loves spending time with his dog, Bentley, traveling, and planning trips. His favorite destination is Michigan, especially Charlevoix, Petoskey, and Mackinac Island.

Associate Attorney
Compassionate. Strategic. Resilient.

Born and raised in Fort Wayne, Ben is eager to enter the legal community in his hometown and develop his understanding of Indiana family law.
Ben’s interested in Family Law stems from his desire to help his fellow Hoosiers when the law presents them with life altering circumstances. What drove him to be an attorney is his aspiration to defend the rights of individuals accused of crimes. Ben has become similarly driven to fight for the rights of individuals facing divorces, custody battles, paternity disputes, especially the rights of children involved in those situations.
When not at work, Ben enjoys hitting the gym, practicing piano, listening to jazz music, watching great movies, and spending time with his friends and family.
